Rounding out our line of Facial bars, this bar provides deep exfoliation from the addition of walnut seed powder to gently smooth the skin’s surface by scrubbing away dead cell build-up and pore-blocking impurities. The best way to moisturize the skin is by first scrubbing away the dead skin cells that otherwise block moisturizers from penetrating.
We start with the same coconut oil and shea butter base as our other facial bars and add goats milk, calendula oil and hemp oil.
 
Calendula oil is used as a great moisturizer for dry skin and for severely chapped or split skin. It helps soothe the area and reduce the pain. The antiseptic and antimicrobial action of the oil help speed up healing of wounds and minor cuts and also helps to relieve acne breakouts.
 
Hemp oil also makes an effective moisturizer and protectant for the skin. It increases the elasticity of the skin and brings new life to dry, tired or dehydrated skin. Hemp oil is rich in vitamins A and E. It is also high in antioxidants, which are elements that prevent or slow cell damage which slows the aging of the skin.
 
Bringing a bright aromatic with additional health benefits went wonderfully in this recipe as we added Valencia Orange oil. It alleviates anxiety, anger, depression and certain bodily inflammations. Orange oil has been shown to aid with many ailments helping as an aphrodisiac to relief from depression. Its aroma has been proven to improve cognitive function while the antiseptic properties can help people avoid both septic, fungal infections and tetanus as they inhibit microbial growth and disinfect wounds.
 
We recommend using this soap 2-3 times per week to best care for the health of your skin.
